The Royal Homestay is in the heritage city of Tripunithura just 10 kms from the heritage zone of Fort Cochin and 5 kms from Ernakulam City. It is in the short stretch between Gandhi Square and Iron Bridge (Irimpu Palam) at Tripunithura. [The Iron Bridge was built by the British over 125 years ago across the Poorni River, using only Iron as the raw material, for the purpose of easy movement of elephants to the royal temple of Tripunithura situated near the bridge (approx. 100 m. away)
It is straight drive from Cochin International Airport to Fort Cochin via Seaport - Airport road that bypasses the busy Ernakulam Town. The Royal Homestay is along the above route and near Fort Cochin.

•Offers two fully furnished double rooms with attached bathrooms on the first floor. Spacious rooms, abundant day light, excellent cross ventilation, large bay windows, and beautiful balconies with a panoramic view of the surrounding area.
•Inverter backup for uninterrupted supply of power. “All lights ON” facility and siren provided in the house as a safety measure. Siren switches are given in all bedrooms for use in the unlikely event of any emergency situation.
•Spacious common room with ample seating arrangements, common phone, computer with unlimited internet facility, TV, Traditional Swing (Unjaal) etc.
•1250 sq.ft. Roof garden with seating arrangements. – This is also open for the guests for their use. Direct staircase from the common room to the roof top; ideal for yoga, meditation, to enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding greenery, to experience the cool breeze from the nearby sea and backwaters. Sufficient lighting arrangements have been provided on the roof top.
